CrowdCue is a dashboard for TikTok LIVE streamers, built and run by an independent developer based in Sweden.

What we store

Anonymous visitors: nothing is stored on our servers. Your settings are kept locally in your browser’s storage. We collect anonymous page analytics through Vercel Web Analytics.

Signed-in users: your account email, and daily translation usage counts.

Signed-in streamers who connect to a live stream, the session is saved automatically: public chat messages, gifts, and follows from that stream, plus totals (viewers, likes, coins), so you can review and export your own streams later.

How we process data

Chat lines you ask to translate are sent to Google’s Gemini API (paid tier; Google does not use this data to train its models). Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres, EU region). The app is hosted on Vercel; the relay server that connects to TikTok LIVE runs in London.

How long we keep it

Free accounts keep saved sessions for 7 days, Pro accounts for 90 days. A daily job deletes expired sessions automatically. You can also delete any saved session yourself, anytime, with the Delete button in History.

Want your account deleted entirely? Email us, see Contact below.

About viewer chat

Chat in a TikTok LIVE stream is public. CrowdCue shows it to the streamer in real time. When the streamer is signed in, their session (including that chat) is saved automatically so they can review it later, with the retention above.
